WHAT WE OFFER
CONCEPTUALISATION & DESIGN
Taking the client brief and putting it into a visual design or moodboard, from this starting point and with the input of the client it is tweaked perfectly too the desired look and feel for the event.
PLANNING & COORDINATION
Once the design is in place the planning process begins, obtaining the required service providers and draft the final running program for the event, the coordination team will be onsite for 12hours of management on the day overseeing the program runs perfectly.
ADMIN & SUPPORT
From the very first enquiry, we will be available at all times to guide you through the entire process and answer all the questions and address the concerns you have or may feel.
WHAT WE DO
Kean Concepts is centred around the client and their requirements, we know that every client and event is unique and needs to be a one of a kind production.
The aim of what we do is to alleviate client anxiety and reduce pressure of planning by becoming the central point between yourself and all the service providers, eliminating the need for direct supplier management, we will always obtain client input and encourage involvement where possible, creating a stress free lead up to the event and overall client satisfaction.
