40% (forty percent) of the total quoted fee for the selected service must be paid to secure the date and the contract signed
before any work commences.

Full Planning Services are paid in 3 (three) split payments over the contract term.
On The Day Coordination Services are paid in 2 (two) split payments over the contract term.
The final payment is due 1 (one) month before the event day.

Travel will be charged at a rate of R6.00 per kilometre travelled.

Accommodation for the coordination team (two coordinators) will be required if the venue is 100 kilometers or more from
Somerset West, and the client will cover the costs.

As event planners, we collaborate with various service providers and suppliers, and we aim to establish a select network of preferred suppliers for our clients. Our clients will be able to choose from the recommended service providers, taking into account their personality, values, budget, and availability. This allows us to effectively manage the event and meet our clients’ expectations. If you have previously engaged vendors, we are open to working with them and establishing new connections as we take over the planning responsibilities.

A wedding day is long for everyone involved, and that’s especially true for the service professionals who work behind the
scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. At some point, we will need to recharge, so please remember to include us when
planning your menu.
