Kean Concepts services are centred around the client and their requirements, we know that every client and event is unique and needs to be a one of a kind production.
The aim of what we do is to alleviate client anxiety and reduce pressure of planning by becoming the central point between yourself and all the service providers, eliminating the need for direct supplier management, we will always obtain client input and encourage involvement where possible, creating a stress free lead up to the event and overall client satisfaction.

OUR PROCESS

ENQUIRE – Make contact through email, WhatsApp or socials.
Complete the couple information form for background on the event before we meet.

SERVICE PROVIDERS – Once the concept is in place, we will source the best-matched service providers for your approval to bring your vision alive.

CONSULTATION – A meeting over Zoom to discuss your needs, wants and desires. This will be the initial starting point for the planning process

ONE MONTH BEFORE – 4 weeks before the event the final guest count, decor and menu will be supplied to service providers. All final payments are to be completed. The final timeline is set.

INVOICE – An invoice will be sent for the collection you have selected, payment of the booking fee secures the date exclusively for you.

THE WEDDING WEEK – You and your fiancé start getting excited and bask in the glow of pre-wedding splendour, knowing that all is in excellent hands.

EVENT CONTRACT – Along with the invoice your contract will be sent for signature, once received with the booking fee the planning will begin.

WEDDING DAY – All service providers will be on-site and preparing for the big day, the K|C team will oversee all deliveries and processes and manage the service providers.

CONCEPT & DESIGN – Through your inspirational (Pinterest, vision board, etc.) images we will work on your vision and ensure that every detail has been looked at and thought of, and nothing gets left to chance.

POST WEDDING – Final invoices from Kean Concepts and the service providers (breakages/losses, overtime, etc.) are to be settled. Client deposits from service providers will be refunded within 7-14 days post-event.

ENQUIRE – Make contact with me through email, call, WhatsApp or socials.

COFFEE DATE – We set up a meeting over coffee or Zoom (if you are not local) to chat about your needs and my offerings best suited to your needs.

INVOICE – I will send you an invoice for the package that you have selected, payment of the deposit secures the date exclusively for you.

WEDDING QUESTIONNAIRE – You get inspired and send me your ideas, Pinterest boards, photo galleries to help start the design process.

CONCEPT & DESIGN – Together we will work on your vision and ensure that every detail has been looked at and thought of, nothing gets left to chance.

SERVICE PROVIDERS – Once we have the concept in place, we will source the best matched service providers on your approval to bring your vision alive.

ONE MONTH BEFORE – We finalise the guest count, decor and menu. Final payments to myself and service providers. Final wedding timeline sent out.

THE WEDDING WEEK – You and your fiancé start getting excited and bask in the glow of pre-wedding splendour, knowing that all is in excellent hands.

WEDDING DAY – All service providers will be onsite and preparing for the big day, myself and my team will oversee all processes and service providers from start to finish.

POST WEDDING – We settle the final invoices from the service providers (breakages/losses).
In 6-8 weeks you will receive the full wedding gallery from the photographer and relive the day all over again.
